Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor/exhibitor at 2025 IGNITE! This year we’ll see over 1,500 students and adult leaders in Ocean City, MD; exhibitors and vendors provide a rich variety of merchandise, resources and ministry opportunities.

Tiered Packages

Tier 1 Package | $1,075 (Save $175!)

  • Double exhibitor booth for sales and promotion

  • Full-page color ad in the digital magazine

Tier 2 Package | $650 (Save $125!)

  • Exhibitor booth for sales and promotion

  • Half-page color ad in the digital magazine

  • :30 screen ad during event

  • Logo and link to website on the IGNITEforyouth.com

A La Carte

  • Double exhibitor booth: $500

  • Exhibitor booth (sales/promotion): $250

Exhibitor Fees Include

  • A standard identification sign indicating company name and booth number

  • Six-foot covered/skirted table with black pipe and drape background for hanging posters or displays

  • Basic electrical service (120 volts, 500 amps)

  • Security guard service during event operating hours

  • General event admissions for two staff persons for each booth

  • Free Wi-Fi access at event

Additional Information

  • Due to strict convention center regulations, all display items must remain on the table or backdrop. Any items placed elsewhere will need to be removed.
